    William's Hayloft has a lovely mature boader with an enclosed lawned garden area, perfect for the children to play in along with a patio area.

    The patio has patio furniture, perfect for catching the sun & alfesco dining.

William's Hayloft.

This delightful, newly converted Georgian Hayloft, has been lovingly developed into a very comfortable holiday cottage that can sleep 6 people, with plenty of room for one cot and a well behaved dog!


Downstairs boast a very spacious, modern and well equipped kitchen, with an open plan dining area which has a lovely wooden table and chairs.

The separate large sitting room, is filled with stunning beams and an added luxury of a wood burning stove. This room is perfect for relaxing in after a busy day out and about or after a fun swim in the pool.

With three bedrooms and two bathrooms - one being an en-suite for the Master Bedroom- this wonderful cottage gives you everything you need to enjoy a break away from it all.


Outside there is a good sized enclosed garden with a beautiful mature boarder, this cottage gives you plenty of space to relax and enjoy your free time in. The outside seating is perfect for alfresco dining or to enjoy a fun picnic!

Entrance into kitchen with coat rack.

Kitchen: Well equipped kitchen with Electric Fan Oven & Hob/ Microwave/Fridge/Freezer/ Dishwasher, Washing Machine with laminate flooring. 

Dining: Within kitchen, lovely wooden table and 6 dining chairs.

Sitting Room: Large open room with sofa's & wood burning stove, TV and Blue Ray player. 


First Floor: With beams and brick pillars.


Bedroom 1 & Bathroom 1: With King Size Bed and En-suite Bathroom with shower over bath, toilet & heated towel rail.
Bedroom 2: With Bunk Beds.
Bedroom 3: With Double Bed and Bathroom 2 opposite.
Bathroom 2: With Shower over Bath, toilet and heated towel rail.


One well behaved dog allowed.


Oil central heating, electricity, bed linen, towels and Wi-Fi included.

One travel cot, one highchair and stairgate available on request.

Shared coin-operated tumble dryer in external utility room.

Private Parking for 2 cars.

No Smoking within the property.

First basket of logs FREE for your wood burning stove, £7 per basket thereafter.


Please note: There is a fenced pond in the grounds of the farm and wild birds nesting , so please keep your Dog on a Lead at ALL times when out of your garden. Thank you
