Buttercups Hay Barn-

Sleeps 10 -Dines 16.

Buttercups & Hayloft are the perfect cottage combination for a large gathering of family & friends; either for a special celebration, short break away or long family Holiday. With a spacious and comfortable atmosphere, these cottages are very well-appointed and are thoughtfully designed with everything your guests might need.


Dining for your 16 guests is located in Buttercups Hay Barn, which has picturesque views over the Shropshire landscape through our floor to ceiling windows.


The Kitchen is exceptionally well equipped with all you require to cater for a large group or why not utilise "Dine-a-Design" a private Chef service that will make any celebration special!


The cottages have access to all of our excellent onsite facilities, making your stay a memorable one.


Both Cottages have been lovingly restored keeping the impressive oak trusses and beams, along with the original brick pillars, which appear throughout the cottages, creating a wonderfully luxurious atmosphere and feeling.

Accommodation Lay Out.

 Ground Floor Buttercups Hay Barn: With beams and brick pillars.


Entrance Hall: With downstairs cloak room & toilet.

Living area: With 50" Freeview TV, Blu-ray/DVD player, laminate floor and French doors leading to patio area.
Dining area: For 16 with handmade wooden table with chairs. 
Kitchen area: With Electric Range/ Microwave/ American-style Fridge/Freezer/Dishwasher/ Washing Machine/Tiled Floor and French Windows.


First Floor Buttercups Hay Barn: With beams and brick pillars.


Bedroom 1 & Bathroom 1: With double bed and en-suite with shower cubicle and toilet.
Bedroom 2: With double bed.
Bedroom 3: With single bed.
Bathroom 2: With bath, shower attachment, toilet and heated towel rail.


Via Separate staircase from ground floor leading to... 

Bedroom 4 & Bathroom 3: With double bed and en-suite with shower cubicle and toilet.
Bedroom 5: With twin beds.
Bedroom 6: With single bed.
Bathroom 4: With shower over bath, toilet and heated towel rail.

Enclosed patio areas to the front and rear of the cottage with patio furniture in both areas.



Both cottage have:

Oil central heating, electricity, bed linen, towels and Wi-Fi included.

Two travel cots, two highchair and stairgate available on request.

Shared coin-operated tumble dryer in external utility room.

Private Parking for 7 cars.

No Smoking or vaping within the properties.

One well behaved dog - Please put dog on a lead when outside the garden.


Please note: There is a fenced pond in the grounds of the farm with wild birds nesting.

William's Hayloft
Sleeps 6 - Dines 6.

This delightful, converted Georgian Hayloft, has been lovingly developed into a very comfortable holiday cottage that can sleep 6 people, with plenty of room for one cot.


As part of our combination of cottages, this cottage is perfect for quiet relaxation, away from the busy activity in Buttercups Hay Barn. With a Woodburning stove located in the comfortable sitting room, its own lovely enclosed garden and well equipped kitchen/diner, enjoy the extra space during your stay with us.


William's Hayloft has three lovely bedrooms and 2 bathrooms - 1 being an en-suite.


Outside there is a good sized enclosed garden with a beautiful mature boarder, this cottage gives you plenty of space to relax and enjoy your free time in. The outside seating is perfect for alfresco dining or to enjoy a fun picnic!

Accommodation Layout.

Entrance into kitchen with coat rack.

Kitchen: Well equipped kitchen with Electric Fan Oven & Hob/ Microwave/Fridge/Freezer/ Dishwasher, Washing Machine with laminate flooring. 

Dining: Within kitchen, lovely wooden table and 6 dining chairs.

Sitting Room: Large open room with sofa's & wood burning stove, TV and Blue Ray player. 


First Floor: With beams and brick pillars.


Bedroom 1 & Bathroom 1: With King Size Bed and En-suite Bathroom with shower over bath, toilet & heated towel rail.
Bedroom 2: With Bunk Beds.
