Beautifully converted, this Georgian Dairy has been transformed into a well equipped, modern holiday cottage.

There is a large well equipped kitchen, that has a modern breakfast bar, perfect for those relaxing mornings with a lovely dining area as well, with hand made wooden table and comfy chairs.

The large lounge with comfortable leather sofas and ....inch TV with Blue Ray player is perfect for relaxing in after a busy swim in the pool.

Upstairs has 3 bedrooms, and a family bathroom, all you need for a family holiday.

Emma's Dairy is PET FRIENDLY and allows one well behaved dog, there are plenty of walks around the farm and further afield to tire out your 4 legged friend.

With a small enclosed patio and garden the children and dog can be safe outside.

Ground Floor: With Beams.

Kitchen area: Well equipped, with Electric Fan Oven and Hob/ Microwave/ Fridge/Freezer/ Dishwasher/ Washing Machine and breakfast bar with stools.    

Dining area: Lovely wooden table and 5 dining chairs & high chair.    Sitting Room: Large spacious room with leather sofa's, TV and Blue Ray player.

First Floor: With Beams and brick trusses

Bedroom 1: With Double Bed and Jack and Jill access to the family bathroom.

Family Bathroom: With shower over bath, toilet, heated towel rail.
Bedroom 2: With Single Bed.
Bedroom 3: With Twin Beds.

One well behaved dog allowed.

Oil central heating, electricity, bed linen, towels and Wi-Fi included.

One travel cot, one highchair and stairgate available on request.

Shared coin-operated tumble dryer in external utility room.

Private Parking for 2 cars.

No Smoking within the property.

Please note: There is a fenced pond in the grounds of the farm and wild birds nesting , so please keep your Dog on a Lead at ALL times when out of your garden. Thank you
