    First Floor:

    1 Twin Bedroom.

    1 Single Bedroom.

    1 Double Bedroom with Jack & Jill access to the family bathroom.

     1 Travel Cot available.

  • 2. Dining for 5

    With a lovely handmade Oak dining table & comfortable chairs.

    Enjoy a special meal together.


    A Highchair is available for the little one.


  • 3. 1 Bathroom

    Emma's Dairy has 1 Bathroom:

    1 Family Bath & Shower over.

     (Jack & Jill access for Double Bedroom)


  • 4. Indoor Pool

    Enjoy your exclusive use of our wonderful indoor pool.

    Booked via our Booking Board System, just write the name of your property onto the board and enjoy the pool exclusively to yourselves

  • 5. Enclosed Garden & Patio Area

    Emma's Dairy is surrounded by a small enclosed garden and patio area with tables and chairs, ideal for alfesco dining.

  • 6. Pets Welcome.

    1 well behaved dog allowed in this cottage.

Emma's Dairy.

Emma's Dairy is a delightful cottage, very family focused and ideal for a family holiday.

Beautifully converted, this Georgian Dairy has been transformed into a well equipped, modern holiday cottage.

There is a large well equipped kitchen, that has a modern breakfast bar, perfect for those busy family mornings. There is  a separate dining area as well to enjoy a family meal together, with hand made wooden table and comfy chairs.

The large lounge has comfortable family corner sofa and 50 inch Smart TV with Blue Ray player, so perfect for relaxing on after a busy swim in the pool.

Upstairs has 3 bedrooms, and a family bathroom, all you need for a family holiday.

Emma's Dairy is PET FRIENDLY and allows one well behaved dog, there are plenty of walks around the farm and further afield to tire out your 4 legged friend.

With a small enclosed patio and garden the children and dog can be safe outside.

Cottage Lay Out.

Ground Floor: With Beams.


Kitchen area: Well equipped, with Electric Fan Oven and Hob/ Microwave/ Fridge/Freezer/ Dishwasher/ Washing Machine and breakfast bar with stools.    

Dining area: Lovely wooden table and 5 dining chairs & high chair.

Sitting Room: Large spacious room with corner sofa, Smart TV and Blue Ray player.


First Floor: With Beams and brick trusses


Bedroom 1: With Double Bed.

Family Bathroom: With shower over bath, toilet, heated towel rail.
Bedroom 2: With Single Bed.
Bedroom 3: With Twin Beds.


One well behaved dog allowed.


Oil central heating, electricity, bed linen, towels and Wi-Fi included.

One travel cot, one highchair and stairgate available on request.

Shared coin-operated tumble dryer in external utility room.

Private Parking for 2 cars.

No Smoking within the property.

Please note: There is a fenced pond in the grounds of the farm and wild birds nesting , so please keep your Dog on a Lead at ALL times when out of your garden. Thank you
