RAF COSFORD
RAF Cosford is FREE to enter and you are able to discover the amazing stories of those who have served in the RAF. Housed in their wartime hangars and in the National Cold War Exhibition you will find a fantastic display of aircraft and exhibits. Learn about the bravery of pilots in Test Flight and see the last surviving example of a Boulton Paul Defiant Mk 1 in War in the Air.
PARK HALL FARM
Park Hall Farm is near Oswestry and is a fantastic day out for all the family. There is SO much to do, from lamb Feeding and Milking a Cow, to Pig Racing, Tractor Rides, Animal Handling and Petting, Peddle Tractors, Soft Play, Out Door Play areas, Bouncy Castles, along with a café and a shop, its a fun packed day!! There is also a Military Museum on site along with a World War II Trenches Experience!!!
DOODLE ALLEY
Doodle Alley is a pottery painting studio suitable for all the family. They are based just off the High Street in Whitchurch town centre and offer a great place to relax and paint. You don’t have to be ‘arty’ to sit back and have fun making your own little masterpiece. A fantastic day for all ages and abilities and you can bring your own food and drink to add to the day!!
HACK GREEN BUNKER
The Hack Green Secret Nuclear Bunker is a former government-owned nuclear bunker located at Hack Green, Cheshire, England . Signpost showing directions to the secret bunker. The first military use of the area was in World War II, when a Starfish site was established at Hack Green. Cafe on site.
SHREWSBURY PRISON
The World MOST interactive prison!! Shrewsbury Prison is an excellent day out for a family or group experience, offering a simple Tour with a cup of coffee or you can hire an Escape Room or do a Prison Break!! Whatever you do you will enjoy it. It is also Pet Friendly!!

BLUE PLANET AQUARIUM
Blue Planet Aquarium is home to more than 100 living displays, as well as one of Europe’s largest collections of sharks, the aquarium offers plenty of marine life to marvel at.
Take a wander through their Underwater Shark Tunnel and watch as a kaleidoscope of sharks and fish swim over your head. A perfect wet weather day out!
FUN ZONE
Fun Zone is a great indoor SOFT PLAY facility, located just down the road in Whitchurch. Perfect for tiring out your little ones, whilst keeping dry. There is food and drink for sale all day.
THE ICE CREAM FARM
The Ice Cream Farm based in Tattenhall, is a fun filled day for the family, with over a 110 different flavours of Ice Cream to choose from!!!! To keep everyone entertained on a rainy day there is a indoor Soft Play, Indoor Sand and Water Play & Silent Disco. It can get very busy so we recommend an early start!! There is a cafe and shop on site as well.
JUMP IN
Jump In gives you access to all areas of our indoor play centre – from trampolines to gladiator battle beams and more, jump into the foam pit, trapeze, extreme slides, reaction walls, basketball and their total wipe-out and you have a session built to get all the family active. With a cafe on site, this is great wet weather entertainment.
CLIMBING THE WALLS
Climbing hut is a fantastic way to keep the kids entertained and engaged! With so many options available, from their state of the art Action Walls, to their large variety of climbing walls, there is something for adults & kids of all ages and abilities!
CRAZY GOLF
Safariland is a wonderful indoor Crazy Golf Course perfect for all the family. With soft play and lazer quest available too. it a GREAT wet weather day out!
