Buttercups Hay Barn is great for groups and can sleep 10 people, plus 2 cots. It has 6 bedrooms, 2 en-suites & 2 family bathrooms. There are two enclosed patio areas & is Pet Friendly.
JAMES'S PARLOUR
James's Parlour is great for groups and can sleep up to 12 people and 2 cots. It has 5 bedrooms, 2 family bathrooms including a lovely corner bath and 1 en-suite. It has a very spacious enclosed garden and patio area.
EMMA'S DAIRY
Emma's Dairy perfect for a family staycation can sleep up to 5 people & 1 cot. It is PET FRIENDLY. It has 3 bedrooms and 1 family bathroom. It has a small enclosed garden and patio area.
OLIVER'S MILL
Oliver's Mill great for a group and can sleep up to 10 people with 1 cot. It is PET FRIENDLY. It has 5 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, 1 being an en-suite for the Master Bedroom. It has a lovely enclosed garden & patio area.
WILLIAM'S HAYLOFT
William's Hayloft is perfect for a small group or family get away, and can sleep up to 6 people & 1 cot. It is PET FRIENDLY. It has 3 bedrooms & 2 bathrooms, 1 being an en-suite for the Master Bedroom. It has a mature enclosed garden & patio area

New for Autumn 2023, we can now offer accommodation & dining for 16. With the accommodation spread between Buttercups Hay Barn & Williams Hayloft and the dining for 16 located in Buttercups Hay Barn. The Cottage is Pet Friendly.

With 5 well presented converted Georgian Barns of varying sizes all set within a court yard. There are a wide range of fantastic onsite facilities, including an Indoor Swimming Pool, Multi Sports Court and under 5's play area and along with this you have the stunning Shropshire countryside all around you to escape into and to explore.
Located just a stones throw away from the charming busy market town of Whitchurch and also bordering Wales and Cheshire, there are so many adventures to be had, attractions to visit and places to see, all right on our doorstep.
Take a trip to Chester Zoo, go wild at Bewilderwood, have some retail therapy at the incredible Cheshire Oaks or explore the past at the famous Iron Bridge Gorge, so much to do for all ages!
